- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 16 ounces petite peas, frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- - seasoned salt, to taste
- - freshly ground pepper, to taste
How To Make petite peas with thyme and garlic

Step 1Heat oil, garlic and peas in a skillet.

Step 2Add thyme and lettuce.

Step 3Mix well, then cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.

Step 4Peas should be bright but tender and lettuce should be wilted.
