Ingredients
- 4 - potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 2 cups brown mushroom gravy
- 1 - onions, coarsely chopped
- 3 - carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 - green pepper, diced
- 1/2 pound broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 pound green beans, cut into 1 inch
- 1 - spinach leaves
How To Make peasant's pie

Step 1Steam vegetables (except spinach) about 15 minutes, until crisp-tender.

Step 2Remove from heat.

Step 3Stir in spinach and 2 cups gravy.

Step 4Spoon this filling into a 9x12 backing dish.

Step 5Spread 3 cups of mashed potatoes over the top.

Step 6Sprinkle with a small amount of paprika.

Step 7Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 8HINTS: any vegetables can be used, and frozen works also.

Step 9Use about 8 cups chopped vegetables total.
