This quick and easy side-dish was one that was always a favorite of mine, from a little Italian restaurant where my husband and I would dine regularly. It's totally yummy, whether you use fresh a fresh tomato or sauce!

How to Make Peas with Garlic & Tomatoes

  • 4Pour 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a skillet, add the tomatoes and cook until just starting to soften. Add minced garlic and cook together with tomatoes a few minutes. Don't let the garlic turn brown or it will be bitter.
