Green peas are boring to me, when my sons were very young,they wouldn't eat them,so I jazz them up with onions and mushrooms. Very easy and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • - 1 small onion, chopped
  • - 2 cloves garlic,minced
  • - 4 t butter
  • - 10 oz pkg frozen green peas
  • - 1/2 c mushrooms,sliced
  • - 1/2 t. salt
  • - 1/4 t. black pepper
  • - 1/4 t.dried dill

How To Make peas & mushrooms

  • Step 1
    Cook peas according to package directions. Set aside. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion,garlic and mushrooms in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the peas, season with salt,pepper and dill .Reduce heat to low, and cook 5 minutes more.
