Ingredients
- 4 ounces spinach pasta
- 1 cup whipping cream (or 3/4 c. milk + 1/3 c. melted butter)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup peas, fresh or frozen
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
How To Make peas and pasta

Step 1Cook noodles, drain and keep warm.

Step 2Combine whipping cream and chicken broth in saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 25 minutes (until thickened and reduced to about 1 cup).

Step 3Remove mixture from heat. Add cheese, peas and bacon; stirring until cheese melts.

Step 4Toss with pasta and serve.

Step 5If you have leftover chicken, you can shred it and toss it in as well if desired.
