Peas and Mushrooms

1small onion, chopped (optional)
2cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg(10 ounces) frozen green peas, thawed
1 csliced fresh mushrooms or jar sliced mushrooms
·pinch of pepper
How to Make Peas and Mushrooms
- Cook peas according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, saute, mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the peas, then season with sugar, salt and pepper.
Cover, and reduce heat to low, and cook just until heated through.
