Ingredients
- 1 - small onion, chopped (optional)
- 2 - cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen green peas, thawed
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms or jar sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - pinch of pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
How To Make peas and mushrooms

Step 1Cook peas according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2In a skillet, saute, mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the peas, then season with sugar, salt and pepper. Cover, and reduce heat to low, and cook just until heated through.
