A delicious twist on corn. My experiment turned out to be just the flavor I was looking for, and who doesn't love bacon? Yum!

Ingredients

  • Fresh - corn on the cob, as many as needed
  • Peanut - butter - creamy
  • Thick - cut bacon
  • Melted - butter
  • Shredded - parmesan cheese
  • Salt - & pepper to taste

How To Make ~ peanut butter, bacon, parmesan, grilled corn ~

  • Step 1
    Turn on your grill to medium. Lightly coat corn with peanut butter. Wrap corn in one slice of bacon for each ear. Secure with toothpick . May want to soak the picks in water, I didn't.
  • Step 2
    Place on grill and turn often., until corn and bacon are cooked. Baste with butter when about ready to remove from grill.
  • Step 3
    While hot, salt, pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan. Or season with your favorites. Enjoy!
