- 3 cups cooked, mashed parsnips
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked, cubed ham
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
How To Make parsnip casserole

Step 1Season hot parsnips. Mix ham, mushrooms and cheese. Alternate layers of parsnip and ham mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle top with cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
