- 48 ounces thawed, well drained, frozen spinach
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 3 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
How To Make parmesan spinach casserole

Step 1Set out your spinach in a colander about 2 hours before preparing dish to allow it to thaw and drain well.Squeeze out as much moisture as you can.

Step 2pre heat oven to 350.In a sauce pan slowly heat cream until it is just starting to steam. Add 2 cups of cheese and stir until melted. Add Garlic and crushed red peppers. Add spinach and mix thoroughly.

Step 3Spoon spinach mixture into a buttered 9x13 inch casserole dish.Sprinkle top with remaining cup of cheese and bake for 45 minutes or until bubbling and top is slightly browning. let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
