Ingredients
- 1 small head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- fresh parsley chopped for garnish
How To Make parmesan roasted cauliflower

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Toss the cauliflower with the butter and olive oil. season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast the cauliflower about 20 ot 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. and place back in the oven until cheese melts.

Step 3Garnish with parsley
