- 1/2 head cauliflower florets sliced horizontally thinly
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded parmagiano-reggiano
- 2 teaspoons parsley chopped
How To Make parmesan roasted cauliflower

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the cauliflower florets in a single layer.

Step 2Mix the melted butter and olive oil together and drizzle over the cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Step 3Mix the parsley and cheese together. Sprinkle over the roasted cauliflower. Bake another 10 minutes.
