Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cauliflower florets sliced horizontally thinly
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmagiano-reggiano
  • 2 teaspoons parsley chopped

How To Make parmesan roasted cauliflower

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the cauliflower florets in a single layer.
  • Step 2
    Mix the melted butter and olive oil together and drizzle over the cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Mix the parsley and cheese together. Sprinkle over the roasted cauliflower. Bake another 10 minutes.
