Buttery-herby-cheesey mushrooms are a great accompaniment to roasts, steaks or other grilled meats. Or if you really love mushrooms....all by themselves!!

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 16 oz
    small/medium button or crimini mushrooms
  • 1 stick
    unsalted butter
  • 1 pkg
    (2 tbsp)hidden valley ranch mix
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Parmesan Ranch Mushrooms (slow cooker recipe)

Step-by-Step

  1. Brush/wipe mushrooms clean, trimming bottom of stems if needed. If you have large mushrooms cut them in half, or quarters.

    Drop into a crock pot.
  2. In a small pan, melt the butter and whisk in the Ranch dressing mix.

    Pour over the mushrooms.

    Sprinkle Parmesan over top.
  3. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours.

    Serve as desired! YUM!
