Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
How To Make parmesan panko roasted cauliflower

Step 1Preheat oven 425 degrees. Cut the cauliflower florets into slices. Place the pieces on a baking sheet

Step 2Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in oven for 15 minutes.

Step 3Toss the Panko with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle on the cauliflower. Roast for another 10 minutes.

Step 4Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and roast another 3 minutes. Serve
