- 1 large head cauliflower broken into large florest
- olive oil
- black truffle salt
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano shredded
How To Make parmesan crusted cauliflower w black truffle salt

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add some salt and add the cauliflower florets. Cook until crisp tender about 3 minutes. Drain and arrange on baking pan.

Step 3Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black truffle salt. Add the cheese to the top of each floret. Bake for about 10 minutes. Until cheese has melted and browned
