Ingredients
- 1 pound red skinned potatoes, peeled and halved
- 1 pound cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic, pureed
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons softened, unsalted butter
- pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup asiago cheese, grated
How To Make parmesan and asiago cauliflower potato mash

Step 1In a 6 quart pot, combine potatoes, cauliflower, roasted garlic, wine, chicken broth, heavy cream and salt and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.

Step 2Remove from heat. Mash potato and cauliflower until smooth. While still hot, mix in parmesan cheese, asiago cheese and butter. Season to taste with pepper.
