Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound small mushrooms
  • 1/2 - lemon, juice only
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make parisian mushrooms

  • Step 1
    Wash and trim mushrooms.
  • Step 2
    In small saucepan, combine mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oil. Cover. Cook over brisk flame for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Let cool in cooking juice.
  • Step 4
    When cold, remove mushrooms to serving dish.
  • Step 5
    To cooking juice, add mustard. Blend well.
  • Step 6
    Pour over mushrooms.
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
