Ingredients

1/2 lb
small mushrooms
1/2
lemon, juice only
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
prepared mustard
1 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make Parisian Mushrooms

Step-by-Step

  • 1Wash and trim mushrooms.
  • 2In small saucepan, combine mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oil. Cover. Cook over brisk flame for 10 minutes.
  • 3Let cool in cooking juice.
  • 4When cold, remove mushrooms to serving dish.
  • 5To cooking juice, add mustard. Blend well.
  • 6Pour over mushrooms.
  • 7Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
