Ingredients
- 1/2 pound small mushrooms
- 1/2 - lemon, juice only
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make parisian mushrooms

Step 1Wash and trim mushrooms.

Step 2In small saucepan, combine mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oil. Cover. Cook over brisk flame for 10 minutes.

Step 3Let cool in cooking juice.

Step 4When cold, remove mushrooms to serving dish.

Step 5To cooking juice, add mustard. Blend well.

Step 6Pour over mushrooms.

Step 7Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
