Ingredients
- 6-8 cups cauliflower, small florets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- COMBINE COATING
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup italian panko breadcrumbs
How To Make panko-parmesan cauliflower

Step 1Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil. Spray lightly with olive oil. Set aside.

Step 2Place cauliflower in large bowl. Add olive oil. Stir until coated. Add coating ingredients and toss until evenly distributed.

Step 3Arrange cauliflower, in a single layer, on prepared baking sheet. Spritz with additional olive oil.

Step 4Bake 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Step 5You may garnish with additional Parmesan cheese.
