Panko-Parmesan Cauliflower

  • 6-8 c
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil

  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 c
    italian panko breadcrumbs

How to Make Panko-Parmesan Cauliflower


  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil. Spray lightly with olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Place cauliflower in large bowl. Add olive oil. Stir until coated. Add coating ingredients and toss until evenly distributed.
  3. Arrange cauliflower, in a single layer, on prepared baking sheet. Spritz with additional olive oil.
  4. Bake 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  5. You may garnish with additional Parmesan cheese.
