Ingredients

  • 6-8 cups cauliflower, small florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • COMBINE COATING
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup italian panko breadcrumbs

How To Make panko-parmesan cauliflower

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil. Spray lightly with olive oil. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Place cauliflower in large bowl. Add olive oil. Stir until coated. Add coating ingredients and toss until evenly distributed.
  • Step 3
    Arrange cauliflower, in a single layer, on prepared baking sheet. Spritz with additional olive oil.
  • Step 4
    Bake 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  • Step 5
    You may garnish with additional Parmesan cheese.
