How To Make panko breaded fried squash

Step 1Slice yellow squash into rounds. Place flour in one pie plate, beaten eggs in another, and panko in another. Add Mrs. Dash to each one and mix well.

Step 2Dip squash in flour, then eggs, then panko. Fry for 3 or so minutes on each side.
