Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced

How To Make oven roasted yellow cauliflower steaks

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a tray with parchment paper. Mix the olive oil, honey, lemon, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Cut two 1-inch-thick steaks out of the head of cauliflower. Use the remainder for another meal.
  • Step 3
    Arrange the steaks on the baking sheet. Brush with the olive oil mixture.
  • Step 4
    Bake until golden brown.
  • Step 5
    Serve topped with the pistachio, pomegranate seeds, and parsley. Serve.
