Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/4 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
How To Make oven roasted yellow cauliflower steaks

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a tray with parchment paper. Mix the olive oil, honey, lemon, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 2Cut two 1-inch-thick steaks out of the head of cauliflower. Use the remainder for another meal.

Step 3Arrange the steaks on the baking sheet. Brush with the olive oil mixture.
