How to Make Oven Roasted Veggies
- Slice all of your veggies as if you were going to skewer them to cook on the grill.
- Scatter then on a foil-lined cookie sheet, making sure that they are not overlapping.
- Drizzle the veggies with olive oil, salt & pepper to taste and fresh rosemary.
- Cook at 375 for 35-45 minutes.
