How to Make Oven Roasted Veggies
- 1Slice all of your veggies as if you were going to skewer them to cook on the grill.
- 2Scatter then on a foil-lined cookie sheet, making sure that they are not overlapping.
- 3Drizzle the veggies with olive oil, salt & pepper to taste and fresh rosemary.
- 4Cook at 375 for 35-45 minutes.
