I love roasted veggies when we go out to eat. So, I decided to figure out how they do it. It was surprisingly simple.

Ingredients
- 2 - zucchini
- 1 - red onion
- 1 package mushrooms
- 1 - yellow bell pepper
- - fresh rosemary
- - olive oil
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make oven roasted veggies

Step 1Slice all of your veggies as if you were going to skewer them to cook on the grill.

Step 2Scatter then on a foil-lined cookie sheet, making sure that they are not overlapping.

Step 3Drizzle the veggies with olive oil, salt & pepper to taste and fresh rosemary.

Step 4Cook at 375 for 35-45 minutes.
