This is so good and so easy.The corn I bought at the Farmers market was already shucked and clean,but you can make this with unchecked corn as well.When done,cut about an inch from the pointed end,shake the corn from the husks.Comes out silk free!

- - 4 ears corn
- - unsalted butter
- - salt and pepper
- - lemon juice,optional
- - fresh garlic,minced
How To Make oven roasted corn

Step 1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place corn on baking sheet. Combine butter,garlic,salt and pepper and lemon juice. Spread the butter over the 4 ears of corn. Bake for 30-45 minutes, until starting to brown. Turn corn occasionally. Remove from oven and spread the a bit more butter over the top of the corn. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
