Ingredients
- 4 - fresh ears corn in husks
- 2 tablespoons tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon louisiana cayenne pepper sauce
- - cajun seasoning (to taste)
How To Make oven roasted corn with cajun butter

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2Roast corn inside their husks directly on an oven rack for 25-30 minutes or until done.(test with fork)

Step 3While corn is roasting, mix thyme, cayenne pepper sauce and butter, heating until the butter melts.

Step 4Shuck the corn after cooking. You will find it slips off quite easily.

Step 5Brush with seasoned butter and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Most Cajun seasoning is a bit salty- if you use salt-free you might want to add a little salt.
