Ingredients For oven roasted corn

6ears of corn shucked and silks removed

1/2 cbutter (1 stick) softened

1 1/2 tspsea salt

1 tspfresh ground pepper

3/4 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tsponion powder
How To Make oven roasted corn

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Rub corn with softened butter. You will have some butter leftover for lathering on after roasting.

3In small bowl combine sea salt, ground pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Sprinkle over corn and place in oven.

4Cook for 15 minutes. Flip and coat with remaining butter. Cook for another 15 minutes.
