- 1 pound broccoli florets cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large lemon (for the juice and the zest)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover baking sheets with parchment paper.
