Ingredients

  • 12
    medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil

How to Make Oven-Fried Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Place potatoes in 2 resealable plastic bags. Combine the Parmesan and seasonings and add to potatoes. Shake to coat.
  2. Pour oil into 2 15X10X1-in. baking pan; pour potatoes in pans.
  3. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until tender.
