- 12 - medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
How To Make oven-fried potatoes

Step 1Place potatoes in 2 resealable plastic bags. Combine the Parmesan and seasonings and add to potatoes. Shake to coat.

Step 2Pour oil into 2 15X10X1-in. baking pan; pour potatoes in pans.

Step 3Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until tender.
