1Preheat oven 350, Mix egg and milk in a pie pan, put bread crumbs in another pie pan or shallow dish. Slice tomatoes, lightly salt ( I use sea salt, but cardiologist I work with says salt is salt) soooo...salt is optional. Dip tomatoes in milk mixture, then coat with
bread crumbs, place single layer on baking dish. Put dish in preheated oven for 30 minutes or till golden crisp but tender. Serve with your fav tomato sauce or dip as an
appetizer, or serve with meal great with meat loaf.
