- 2 large garden fresh tomatoes
- - olive oil, extra virgin.
- - basil, dried variety
- - salt, kosher variety
- - black pepper, freshly ground
- - fresh rosemary, just the leaves
How To Make oven baked garden fresh tomato slices

Step 1PREP/PREPARE

Step 2Gather Your Ingredients.

Step 3Place a rack in the middle position, and preheat the oven to 350f (175c).

Step 4Thickly slice the two tomatoes.

Step 5Lay the tomatoes in a parchment-lined baking sheet fitted with a wire rack.

Step 6Drizzle a bit of olive oil over each tomato slice.

Step 7Sprinkle on some salt, pepper, and basil.

Step 8Add a few rosemary leaves.

Step 9Place in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 11Serve them for breakfast with a couple of sunny-side up eggs. Use them in place of ketchup on a sandwich for a purer taste. Stick them on a plate, and just eat them the way they are. Enjoy.
