How to Make Our Favorite 'n Easy Creamed Corn casserole
- 1Grease an 11x7 pan.Cook the frozen corn,and drain it,as per directions on the bag.Set both aside.
- 2Melt margerine slowly in a saucepan,remove from heat.Add the sugar,flour,and baking powder and kind of whisk it together to remove any lumps.
- 3Slowly add the evaporated milk,beaten eggs and the can of creamed corn,removing any lumps.Stir and then fold in the frozen(cooked)corn.Simply pour it all into your baking dish,speading evenly.
- 4Bake at 350 for 40-45min's until the top is browned.
