- 4 ounces fresh broccoli
- 4 ounces baby carrots
- 2 ounces parsnips
- 1 ounce fresh basil (shredded)
- 4 ounces sun dried tomatoes (strips)
- 6 ounces grilled chicken or shrimp (optional)
- - extra virgin olive oil
- - garlic, salt, white pepper and Italian seasoning to taste
How To Make orzo primavera

Step 1Boil the Orzo pasta in salted water according to the packages instructions, about 5-6 minutes, drain and set aside.

Step 2Prepare fresh broccoli, carrots and parsnips for sauteing in olive oil. Season with the spices.

Step 3Combine the vegetables, sun dried tomatoes and basil to the pasta.
