Ingredients
- 5 cups onions, vidalia, peeled
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 3 teaspoons flour
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 7/8 cup cracker crumbs
How To Make onion mushroom casserole

Step 1Combine onions with butter, mushrooms and salt; simmer for 5 minutes in a medium size sauce pan.

Step 2Add cream cheese.

Step 3When melted, add flour and milk; reheat.

Step 4Turn into a 2 quart greased casserole dish; sprinkle with mixture of grated cheese and crumbs.

Step 5Bake in a hot 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
