5 conions, vidalia, peeled
1/4 cbutter, melted
1.5 cmushrooms, sliced
3 ozcream cheese
1/4 ccheddar cheese, grated
7/8 ccracker crumbs
How to Make Onion Mushroom Casserole
- Combine onions with butter, mushrooms and salt; simmer for 5 minutes in a medium size sauce pan.
- Add cream cheese.
- When melted, add flour and milk; reheat.
- Turn into a 2 quart greased casserole dish; sprinkle with mixture of grated cheese and crumbs.
- Bake in a hot 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
