Ingredients
- 2 acorn squash
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup dark raisins
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
How To Make oatmeal and raisin stuffed acorn squash

Step 1Combine the egg, brown sugar, butter, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, both raisins, oatmeal, and pecans and mix well.

Step 2Cut the squashes in half and remove the seeds. Cut a slice off the bottom of each half so they will sit without rolling around. Season the inside with salt. Spoon the mixture into each half of the squash.

Step 3Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the squash in a baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil and honey. Bake for about 45 minutes.
