Ingredients

  • 4 lb
    broccoli florets
  • 2 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 15 oz
    package of raisins
  • DRESSING

  • 6 oz
    granulated sugar
  • 12 oz
    mayonnaise (i use dukes)
  • 12 oz
    sour cream
  • 4 oz
    red wine vinegar (good quality)

How to Make Nutty Broccoli Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the stems off the florets. Save them for future use. Add walnuts and raisins to the florets in a large bowl.
  2. For Dressing: Mix everything in a blender/food processor and pour slowly over broccoli as you may not need the entire dressing. Refrigerate til needed.

    Sooo yummy.
