my fried garlic corn with parsley

I love the mixture of corn, butter and garlic together its wonderful. I make this a lot.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags 14oz. frozen sweet corn
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried or fresh parsley
  • - salt & pepper to taste

How To Make my fried garlic corn with parsley

  • Step 1
    In a medium Cast iron skillet heated to a medium-low setting, pour your bags of corn in and place a lid on it and let it thaw the corn about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add in your garlic and butter and parlsey on top and stir to mix thoroughly. Watch the corn as it starts to brown lightly. Remove from heat and serve.
  • Step 3
    *This recipe makes alot! The picture above was taken after dinner! 8)
