14oz. frozen sweet corn
1 Tbsp
garlic, minced
1/2 stick
butter
1 Tbsp
dried or fresh parsley
salt & pepper to taste

How to Make My Fried Garlic Corn With Parsley

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a medium Cast iron skillet heated to a medium-low setting, pour your bags of corn in and place a lid on it and let it thaw the corn about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 2Add in your garlic and butter and parlsey on top and stir to mix thoroughly. Watch the corn as it starts to brown lightly. Remove from heat and serve.
  • 3*This recipe makes alot! The picture above was taken after dinner! 8)
