Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- microgreens for garnish
How To Make mushrooms with basil cream

Step 1Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms and saute until the liquid has released. With a slotted spoon remove mushrooms to a plate and set aside.

Step 2Add the wine to the pan and bring to a boil and reduce by half. Add the heavy cream, basil and season with salt and pepper

Step 3Add mushrooms back to the sauce. Warm 1 minute. serve as a side dish garnished with microgreens or serve over chicken or pork cutlets.
