Ingredients
- 2 pounds mushrooms, freshly sliced
- 1/4 cup water, boiling
- 5 - chicken bouillon cubes
- 2.5 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 7 ounces prepared stuffing mix
How To Make mushroom casserole

Step 1Grease oblong baking dish; add mushrooms.

Step 2In saucepan, dissolve bouillon in boiling water.

Step 3Make paste of flour and small amount of water; add slowly to bouillon; blend in parmesan cheese, cream and pepper.

Step 4Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick; pour over mushrooms.

Step 5Mix melted butter with stuffing mix and spread over mushrooms; cover with foil.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes; remove foil and cook 10 minutes more to brown slightly.
