mom's frozen corn recipe
Mom's note in her old recipe book says "very good." Everyone in the family always agreed!!

Ingredients
- 12-14 - ears of fresh sweet corn, husked
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 pint 1/2 & 1/2
- - salt
How To Make mom's frozen corn recipe

Step 1Cut the corn off of the cob.

Step 2Fill a 9 x 13 pan 3/4 full.

Step 3Mix in the other ingredients.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees F for about a half hour, or until the ingredients are bubbly all over. (It took about 40 minutes in my oven.)

Step 5Remove from oven. Cool, package, and freeze. Mom used to use square freezer tupperware type containers. I use freezer bags.

Step 6To serve later, remove from freezer bag and heat either on the stove top or in the microwave. Enjoy!!
