as many as you want, depends on how much you make....
ears of fresh sweet corn, husked
1Cut the corn off of the cob.
2Fill a 9 x 13 pan 3/4 full.
3Mix in the other ingredients.
4Bake at 350 degrees F for about a half hour, or until the ingredients are bubbly all over. (It took about 40 minutes in my oven.)
5Remove from oven. Cool, package, and freeze. Mom used to use square freezer tupperware type containers. I use freezer bags.
6To serve later, remove from freezer bag and heat either on the stove top or in the microwave.
