I'm not sure where my mother got this recipe but it has quickly become a requested item. The flavor of the squash comes through nicely and the sausage adds just the right touch. Creamy layer is your standard creamed soups mixture w/sour cream...but its the seasoned bread crumbs on top that provides the perfect crunch to compliment it.

- 8 - yellow and green zuccini
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 cup onion, minced
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 box stove top stuffing
- 1 stick butter
- - black pepper to taste
