Ingredients
- 4 cups summer squash, cubed
- 1 pound pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make mix'n'match squash casserole

Step 1Place squash and a small amount of water in a large saucepan; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain.

Step 2Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.

Step 3Transfer to a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish.

Step 4Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 30-35 minutes
