Ingredients

  • 4 cups summer squash, cubed
  • 1 pound pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make mix'n'match squash casserole

  • Step 1
    Place squash and a small amount of water in a large saucepan; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  • Step 2
    Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Step 3
    Transfer to a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish.
  • Step 4
    Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 30-35 minutes
