Mixed Veggie Casserole
2 can(s)veg all mixed vegetables or other brand of mixed vegetables, drained
1 can(s)shoe peg corn, drained
1 can(s)sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbspchopped onions
1/2 stickbutter or margarine
1sleeve of ritz crackers, crushed
How to Make Mixed Veggie Casserole
- Mix first 6 ingredients,and pour into oven safe baking dish. About 8 x 8 size.
- Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix with the 1 sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers. (I used a smooth meat mallet and crushed up the crackers when they were still sealed in the sleeve.)
- Pour Ritz Cracker mixture over veggies in baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until set and top is golden brown.
