Ingredients
- PONZU
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- FOR THE CORN
- 5 - ears of corn
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- - cilantro for garnish
How To Make miso and ponzu roasted corn

Step 1Mix all the ingredients together for Ponzu and set aside. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Stir the Miso and Roasted sesame oil together.

Step 2Cut the kernels off the corn and place in a large bowl. Mix the corn with the ponzu and miso mixture. Lay out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes until the corn is starting to brown. Stirring a couple of times.

Step 3Serve garnished with cilantro
