  • 1 can(s)
    mexicorn, drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    pepper, use white if you don't want the black specks
  • 1/4 c
    miracle whip salad dressing
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion

How to Make Mimi's Mexicorn Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix ingredients in bowl and refrigerate util cold. Feel free to adjust ingredients to your preference. Easy to double, or more if desired.
