Ingredients For microwave bread & butter pickles

3 csliced cucumbers

3/4 csugar

1 cwhite vinegar

1 tsptumeric

1 Tbspcelery seeds

1 Tbspmustard seeds

1 lgchopped onion

1 lgbell pepper ( i like to use 1/2 red and 1/2 green for color
How To Make microwave bread & butter pickles

1Place all ingredients in a microwaveable bowl. Stir and place in microwave and microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and return to microwave and another 3 minutes. Stir and return to microwave 3 minutes. These are done in 9 minutes. Place in sterilized jars and return to bath water. Let set for a few days to develop flavor and enjoy. Easiest and best pickles I've eaten.
