    whole kernel corn, well drained
  • 2 can(s)
    cream style corn
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder (heaping teaspoon)
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make 'MEXICAN STREET CORN' CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam cooking spray.
    Pour mixture into pan.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
