'mexican street corn' casserole
I put this recipe together for a church social. Everyone loved it.

Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, well drained
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (heaping teaspoon)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make 'mexican street corn' casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan.

Step 3Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
