- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- - salt
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
How To Make mexican street corn

Step 1Mix the mayo, agave syrup and sriracha together and set aside. Grill the corn until lightly charred on both sides.

Step 2Brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes.
