Mexican Street Corn
6ears of corn husked and cut in half
1 Tbspagave syrup
1 tspsriracha sauce
4 Tbspmelted butter
1 tspred pepper flakes
1/3 cshredded parmesan cheese (optional)
How to Make Mexican Street Corn
- Mix the mayo, agave syrup and sriracha together and set aside.
Grill the corn until lightly charred on both sides.
- Brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes.
- Drizzle the mayo mixture over the corn and sprinkle with cheese if desired
