- 2 cans whole kernel corn, with only one can drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- - salt & pepper to taste
- - dash of cumin and chili powder
How To Make mexican corn

Step 1Heat corn and juice from one can in saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2Add cream cheese, jalapenos, salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder and cook until cream cheese is completely melted.

Step 3For the more sensitive mouths, you can use red or green bell pepper instead of jalapenos.
