    cream cheese
  • 1 tsp
    jalapeno peppers, finely chopped

    dash of cumin and chili powder

How to Make Mexican Corn


  1. Heat corn and juice from one can in saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add cream cheese, jalapenos, salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder and cook until cream cheese is completely melted.
  3. For the more sensitive mouths, you can use red or green bell pepper instead of jalapenos.
