How to Make Mexican Corn


  • 1Heat corn and juice from one can in saucepan over medium heat.
  • 2Add cream cheese, jalapenos, salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder and cook until cream cheese is completely melted.
  • 3For the more sensitive mouths, you can use red or green bell pepper instead of jalapenos.
