Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, with only one can drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • - dash of cumin and chili powder

How To Make mexican corn

  • Step 1
    Heat corn and juice from one can in saucepan over medium heat.
  • Step 2
    Add cream cheese, jalapenos, salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder and cook until cream cheese is completely melted.
  • Step 3
    For the more sensitive mouths, you can use red or green bell pepper instead of jalapenos.
