Ingredients

1/4 c
bell pepper
1/4 c
chopped onion
1 pkg
spanish rice cooked - prepared
8 oz
velveeta cheese (small size) cut into small pieces to melt.
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
2 can(s)
corn drained

Step-By-Step

1Saute bell pepper and onion.
2Cook rice to directions.
3Melt soup and cheese in microwave.
4Add corn and other ingredients and place in a crock pot to serve or heat and serve.
