spanish rice cooked - prepared
8 oz
velveeta cheese (small size) cut into small pieces to melt.
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
2 can(s)
corn drained

How to Make Mexican Corn Salad


  • 1Saute bell pepper and onion.
  • 2Cook rice to directions.
  • 3Melt soup and cheese in microwave.
  • 4Add corn and other ingredients and place in a crock pot to serve or heat and serve.
