- Cook frozen corn in the microwave as instructed.
- Mix in the butter and then the mayonnaise.
- Add the cayenne pepper about 2 teaspoons or to how much heat you want and then add the salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix in the crumbled Cotija or Parmesan cheese and microwave until heated through, about 4 minutes. Serve hot.
