- 2-3 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- - fresh nutmeg, ground
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepepr
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make mashed potatoes

Step 1Peel and boil potatoes in salted water; 20-30 minutes, until you can pierce easily with a fork. Drain.

Step 2Mash potatoes in cooking pot with heat down or you can remove from the heat. Add milk, parmesan, butter, salt, nutmeg and stir until smooth. Heat for another 5-10 minutes.
