MASHED POTATO CAKES
2 cmashed potatoes (can use frozen after thawing or leftovers)
2 tspall purpose flour
1 mediumegg, beaten
1/2 call purpose flour
1 tspgarlic powder
·salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbspvegetable oil
How to Make MASHED POTATO CAKES
- Mix together 1/2 cup flour, the garlic, salt and pepper and dredge uncooked patties with flour mixture.
- Great with sour cream, bacon bits and chives!
