Our neighbor Mark,in Hollwood, taught my Mom how to make this. I am not a fan of cooked carrots, but these are so good I will eat them this way. Orangy and Buttery.

1 jarorange marmalade

1 Tbspbutter

How To Make mark's marmalade glazed carrots

1Cook the carrots. Drain. Return pot to stove.

2Add the butter and stir until melted to the carrots of low heat. Add the Marmalade and stir until melted. Sprinkle a tad of pepper. Serve Hot.
